How do I book a taxi? You can book online or book via calling the telephone number

How can I pay for a booking? you can pay via card or cash.

Can I book in advance? You can pre pay using a debit or credit card.

Are your charges per passenger? No.

Will I incur a charge if my flight is delayed? No, We monitor flights so no extra charges are incured.

How far in advance of my flight time should I make the booking? Please make the booking 24hrs before.

How will I locate my driver at the airport? The driver will be waiting in arrivals or at a designated spot

Are all of your drivers fully licensed? Yes, all driversd are fully licenced.

Can I request a vehicle type? Please request vehicle when making the booking.

Will I incur a charge when cancelling an advanced booking? No charge is incured on cancelled bookings.

Do you provide a meet and greet service? Yes.

Are all vehicles in good/clean condition? All our vehicles are in prestine condition.

Do you provide child seats? Yes

How do I change/amend/cancel my booking? By Calling us or sending in an email before booking time.

I lost an item in one of your vehicles, how do I retrieve the item? Please call our lost items department.

Can your vehicles be booked for events? Yes.

Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles? Yes.

Do you provide private/chauffeured services? Yes, chauffeured vehicles are at a higher cost.

Is there a set charge for bookings? Yes & No, Airport Transfer prices are set but local journey prices vary.

Do you accept payment in cash? Yes.

Do you accept payment by card/paypal or applepay? Yes.

How many passengers can your largest vehicle transport? 16 Passengers is our largest vehicle.

I have not received my booking confirmation? If you have not recieved confirmation please call us 

How long will the driver wait for me? 30 minutes free waiting time.

I have a lot of luggage, will it fit? Yes.

Will you transport pets? Yes we can transport pets.

Can I have one of your drivers collect an item for me? Yes, but all items need to be paid for and labeled. 

I am a lone, female, traveler, will I feel safe? All drivers are licenced and CRB checked.

Can you tell me more about passenger safety? We have a safety policy in all our vehicles

How do I know you have availability? Please email us or call us.

Do I get a driver with a minibus? Yes, all minibuses come with drivers.

Are there seat-belts in the minibus? Yes.

How will I know my driver has arrived at the pick-up point? They will text you or call you.

I am deaf, do you have hearing loops fitted in your vehicles? No.

I have a disability, will my driver assist me? Yes
